7. Refund and Return Policy
For hardware devices purchases:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
As authorized resellers, all of our devices are genuine and shall pass their genuine check test. You are entitled to a full refund if compromised device.
For consulting services:
Refunds are not available for completed services.
8. Warranty and Liability
Hardware wallets come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for defects or malfunctions outside the warranty scope.
Our liability for consulting services is limited to the amount paid for the service.
